The DriveWise GLP course, as offered by Care 4 U Driving School, consists of three key components designed to provide comprehensive and flexible learning experience: 1. Instructor-Led Classroom Sessions (available via Zoom) · 12 hours, evenings or weekends are available · Delivered live by certified DriveWise instructors. · Fun, interactive, and includes real-world scenarios 2. At-Home, Self-Paced E-Learning Modules · 8 modules that mirror the live classroom sessions · Packed with videos, activities, and BC-specific road safety lessons · Access 24/7 on any device 3. Behind-the-Wheel Driving Lessons · Minimum of 12 hours of 1-on-1 instruction (12x 60 minutes) · Delivered by DriveWise BC local Partner School, Care 4 U in Campbell River. · Covers beginner to road test preparation · Optional road test packages available! (add now and save the GST) COST $1480 (GST exempt if in high school) If you are registered for a session, you must attend the Zoom course or you will be charged a $50 make–up fee. The session must be rescheduled at the convenience of the DriveWise instructor. It may delay your testing date. Care 4 U will be offering 12 hours of in-car training here in Campbell River. This includes the use of our car for the test following the last scheduled lesson. The cost of the program is $1480 and the fee must be prepaid.
